Commission Process
Thank you for your interest in hiring me to produce a work of art for you. I am truly honored. Before beginning to work on your piece, I will first need to gather some information from you through the questionnaire below. This will allow me to get a better understanding of your vision, requirements, or constraints, and what you would like me to create for you.
Once I’ve received your completed questionnaire, we will schedule a meeting, either in person if you are within local travel distance from my studio, or online via a videoconferencing tool such as Zoom.
After we have discussed your desires and agreed to move forward, I will require that we both sign an Art Commission Contract outlining all that will be involved in the project, as well as the price.
I will then require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. (the contract will stipulate right of refusal and refund policy)
You can expect at least 7-8 weeks of lead time from the time I begin your piece. I can expedite the process for a fee.
Once I am finished, we can meet, either in person or virtually if long distanced, to see the final piece of work. At this time, I will collect the remaining portion of the payment and your piece will be shipped, delivered, or can be picked up (if local) from my studio.
